Kuraby station precinct

The Kuraby station precinct is being upgraded as part of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project to improve accessibility, safety and customer experience.

The updated design includes a new footbridge, lift and stairs to improve station access and provide better connections across the rail corridor to local destinations in the community.

Work in this precinct includes the removal of the Beenleigh Road level crossing, where a new road-over-rail bridge is being built to improve safety, local walkability and access across the rail corridor. This work is now in progress.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on the updated Kuraby station precinct design and other northern stations in late 2025. A summary of the engagement outcomes is now available.
