Edens Landing station precinct
The Edens Landing station precinct is being upgraded as part of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project to improve accessibility, safety and customer experience.
The station upgrade is being delivered as part of the LGC Rail Package. The Rail package scope of work includes doubling the tracks between Kuraby and Beenleigh, removing level crossings, modern station upgrades, and improving access and connectivity along the 20km project corridor.
Edens Landing station upgrade
The updated design repositions the station to align with Eddy Avenue to improve customer amenity and community safety. Improved walking and cycling connections to local destinations will be provided, as well as a new cross-corridor connection between Houdini Terrace and Holmview Road.
The design has been further developed by the ActivUs Alliance following initial design work this year and incorporating feedback from prior community and stakeholder engagement.
Engagement is now open on the latest designs for the Edens Landing station precinct upgrade. You can ask us a question in the 'Questions and answers' section below or leave a suggestion for our project team in the 'Have your say' section.
We will be back in the community in the coming months to share the updated designs for Holmview and Beenleigh station precincts and level crossing removals.
