Overview

Rosslyn Bay State Boat Harbour, on the Capricorn Coast, provides deep-water access for recreational and commercial vessels, supports community and government maritime activities, and is a gateway to the Keppel Islands, including Great Keppel Island (Woppa), and the southern Great Barrier Reef.

The Queensland Government, through Maritime Safety Queensland, has prepared the Rosslyn Bay State Boat Harbour Draft Master Plan (draft Master Plan) to guide the harbour's future development, use and renewal.

The draft Master Plan has been informed by technical studies and early discussions with stakeholders with direct operational knowledge of the harbour. It is now available for public review and feedback.
