Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is progressing the Bribie Island Bridge Upgrade, with a preferred new four-lane bridge now moving forward through detailed design.

The existing bridge will be retained and repurposed as a dedicated active transport connection for people walking, riding and using mobility devices.
