Delivering world-class infrastructure isn't a solo effort - it's about partnerships

Construction workers and machinery

Delivering world-class transport infrastructure is not something we do alone, it's a collaborative effort built on strong partnerships with industry. By working together, we can deliver the innovative and sustainable infrastructure needed to support the Sunshine Coast community, leaving a lasting legacy well beyond the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Opportunities for industry and suppliers

The Wave will be delivered in stages, with design and construction opportunities released progressively. The Queensland Government engages major contractors to deliver key components of The Wave. These contractors, in turn, rely on smaller suppliers and businesses to complete the supply chain by providing a wide range of goods, services, and works.

If your organisation is interested in being considered for these opportunities, the project team can share your details with successful contractors once they are onboard.

To express your interest, complete the subscription details in the top right of this page. By subscribing, you'll also receive updates on industry engagement events and briefings.

Our awarded contracts

We are committed to transparency in our procurement processes. Details of awarded contracts will be communicated as they are finalised, ensuring smaller suppliers and businesses have the opportunity to connect with major contractors.

This approach helps smaller and local suppliers and businesses identify opportunities to collaborate with contractors and contribute to the successful delivery of The Wave.

Updates will be shared here as they become available.
