Planning stages

Planning, community consultation, and protection of the future Moreton Motorway corridor is progressing in stages. To date:

  • Stages 1 and 2 (Moodlu to Narangba): Corridor protection is already in place for 22km.
  • Stage 4 (Elimbah to Moodlu): Corridor protection will only progress for the section between Twin View Road at Elimbah and the D'Aguilar Highway at Moodlu. Corridor protection will be completed in early 2026.
  • Stage 3 (Narangba to Bald Hills): Planning will progress once corridor protection for Elimbah to Moodlu is complete. Early feedback continues to be invited.
