Project overview

Brisbane’s west faces transport challenges including reliance on a single arterial connection, Moggill Road, and physical constraints by surrounding natural barriers like the Brisbane River, Mount Coot-tha, Enoggera Forest Reserve, and D’Aguilar National Park.

The Integrated Road and Public Transport Plan for Western Brisbane is investigating these challenges to identify opportunities to improve the area’s transport network, so people spend less

time in congestion and more time with their families in the outer west.
