Toowoomba–Cecil Plains Road connects multiple rural agricultural areas as well as the Toowoomba Bypass. As such, it is an important link between the city of Toowoomba, agricultural and industrial areas, and the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport for freight, supply chain, and private travel.

We are seeking input from the Wellcamp and Westbrook communities, surrounding areas, and other road users about issues and experiences with the intersection of Toowoomba–Cecil Plains Road, Deuble Road, and Heinemann Road. This feedback will help us plan for a future intersection upgrade.

We will consider community input together with technical data when identifying and assessing future options.

Technical data includes road safety and efficiency improvements, road design standards, costs, and social factors (such as impacts on property, environment, and heritage).

Community feedback will inform funding considerations for future upgrades.
