The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is undertaking planning to improve the safety and efficiency of the Maryborough–Hervey Bay Road and Ariadne Street intersection.

It is located in a busy, high-growth area of development north of Maryborough.

TMR wants to hear from people who live, work and travel through the Maryborough-Hervey Road (locally known as Saltwater Creek Road) and Ariadne Street intersection.

You can share your concerns and priorities for the intersection and nearby locations, including provision for bike riders and pedestrians, on the map below. Your feedback will inform the development of funding submissions for future construction on the Ariadne Street intersection, as well as long-term planning projects for the area.
