Overview
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is developing a masterplan for the long-term upgrade of the Centenary Motorway between Darra and Toowong.
TMR is asking the community who live, work and travel through this area of the Centenary Motorway to share their transport priorities and feedback in this area including safety and congestion issues.
Once the consultation process is completed and feedback has been collated, the community will be informed of the outcomes.
Project area
The Centenary Motorway at this location has previously been referred to as the Centenary Highway and Western Freeway. For clarity, this project refers to the corridor from the Ipswich Motorway interchange, Darra through to the Toowong roundabout (at Frederick Street) and includes all entry and exit ramps along this stretch of road.
